How website enquiries are handled
NZNKHRIA aims to collect the minimum information needed to respond responsibly and protect people who contact the association.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry category and message. Basic technical security records may also be produced by our hosting providers.
How it is used
Authorised administrators use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, manage follow-up and protect the website from misuse. Enquiries are not published as activities or news.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website database and are accessible only through the authenticated administration area. Hosting providers may process data outside New Zealand. Access is limited to people who need it for association work.
Your choices
Avoid sending sensitive documents or unnecessary personal details. You may ask for access to or correction of information the association holds about you. A verified privacy contact and retention schedule must be approved before production launch.
